技术创新视角下农业专业化集聚对农业碳生产率的影响——基于中介效应和门槛效应的分析

摘　　要：基于数理模型和理论分析,利用2001—2021年我国30个省份的面板数据,探究农业专业化集聚对农业碳生产率的影响和作用机制,并从农业技术创新视角解释两者之间的关系,研究发现:(1)农业专业化集聚能显著提高农业碳生产率。(2)机制检验结果表明农业专业化集聚对农业碳生产率的作用通过影响农业技术水平发挥作用。(3)门槛回归和分组回归结果显示不同技术水平下农业专业化集聚对农业碳生产率的作用效果不同。据此,提出以下政策建议:(1)继续推进农业生产优势区建设,发挥农业专业化集聚的优势,加大对西部地区农业发展的支持力度。(2)坚持农业在地理区位上的全面发展,考虑不同地区的差异因地制宜地制定相关政策。Based on the mathematical model and theoretical analysis,by using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2021,this paper explores the impact and mechanism of agricultural specialization agglomeration on agricultural carbon productivity,and explains the relationship between agricultural specialization agglomeration and agricultural carbon productivity from the perspective of agricultural technology innovation.The results show that:(1)Agricultural specialization agglomeration can significantly improve agricultural carbon productivity.(2)The results of the mediating effect model show that the impact of agricultural specialization agglomeration on agricultural carbon productivity plays a role through agricultural technological level.(3)The results of threshold regression and group regression show that the effect of agricultural specialization agglomeration on agricultural carbon productivity is affected by the difficulty of agricultural technological levels.Accordingly,the following policy implications are put forward:(1)To continue to promote the construction of agricultural production advantage areas,give full play to the advantages of agricultural specialization and agglomeration,and increase the support for agricultural development in the western region.(2)To adhere to the comprehensive development of agriculture in geographical location,consider the differences of different regions and formulate relevant policies according to local conditions.
