摘　　要：社会保险起着社会“稳定器”作用。安徽省社会保险基金运行平稳,抗风险能力显著增强,取得了长足发展,但还存在机制不健全、地方财政负担重、管理手段弱等现实性问题。为此,安徽今后需采取提高统筹层次、扩大参保范围、完善保障机制、优化服务流程、强化预算管理、创新保险理念等有效措施,以进一步服务安徽高质量发展。Social insurance plays a"stabilizer"role in society.The social insurance fund in Anhui Province has been running smoothly,with significantly enhanced risk resistance and significant development.However,there are still practical problems such as incomplete mechanisms,heavy local financial burden,and weak management methods.Therefore,Anhui needs to take effective measures such as improving the overall planning level,expanding the coverage of insurance,improving the guarantee mechanism,optimizing service processes,strengthening budget management,and innovating insurance concepts to further serve the high-quality development of Anhui.
