摘 要:针对核电厂的温排水直接排放造成热岛和能源浪费等问题,提出一种利用海水源热泵机组吸收核电温排水余热来制55℃热水的系统,同时利用该热泵机组吸收核电厂取用的冷海水制6℃的冷水或厂外冷水机组制冷水,详细介绍了利用该系统来制热水和冷水并进行集中供热、供冷的方案,并对其经济环保效应进行了分析。结果表明,该余热利用系统可实现核电厂区、生活区等多区域的集中供暖、供冷和卫生热水“三联供”服务;该余热利用方法的节能效果比传统空调和电热水器分别高39%和55%,且核电厂外用户区的经济性距离约为8 km;温排水余热利用必须统筹考虑供热、供冷及供卫生热水,供热与供冷的经济性贡献接近一半。研究结果可为核电余热利用提供重要参考。For the problems of heat island and energy wastage due to direct drainage of the thermal discharge water of the a nuclear power project in the eastern coast of China,a system was proposed that uses seawater source heat pump units to absorb the waste heat from the thermal discharge water of nuclear power to produce 55℃hot water and absorb the cold seawater used by the nuclear power plant to produce 6℃cold water or off-site water chiller to produce cold water.The scheme of using the system to produce hot and cold water for central heating and cooling was introduced in detail,and its economic and environmental effects were analyzed.The results show that this waste heat utilization system can realize centralized heating,cooling,and sanitary hot water triple supply services in the nuclear power plant area,living quarters,and adjacent green energy towns.The waste heat utilization method of this project has a 39%and 55%higher energy-saving effect than traditional air conditioners and electric water heaters,and the economic distance of the user quarters outside the nuclear power plant is about 8 km.The utilization of waste heat from thermal discharge water must consider heating and cooling and sanitary hot water as a whole,and the economic contribution of heating and cooling is close to half.The research results can provide an important reference for the utilization of waste heat in nuclear power plants.
