摘　　要：通过研究青海省A医药连锁物流配送中心的内部出入库以及人员工作过程,以寻找配送中心路径优化过程,从而提高工作效率。文中通过对A医药连锁物流配送中心的出入库作业和员工工作状态进行分析,评估了青海省A医药公司的经营现状。在此基础上,对物流配送中心的运行问题进行了分析,并提出了优化方案,最终得到了最佳解决方案。同时,还对该方案的实施效果进行了评估,并指出了存在的问题及前景。研究结果对于未来青海省医药物流配送中心的发展具有重要的参考价值。By studying the internal warehousing and personnel work processes of A Pharmaceutical Chain Logistics Distribution Center in Qinghai Province,this article aims to find the path optimization process for the distribution center,so as to improve work efficiency.It analyzes the inbound and outbound operations and employee work status of A Pharmaceutical Chain Logistics Distribution Center,and evaluates the current status of A Pharmaceutical Company in Qinghai Province.Based on this,the operational issues of the logistics distribution center are analyzed,then optimization solutions are proposed,and the best solution is obtainted ultimately.Meanwhile,the implementation effect of the solution is evaluated,and the existing problems and prospects are pointed out.The research results have important reference value for the future development of pharmaceutical logistics distribution center in Qinghai Province.
