基于DeST-C对深圳市既有办公建筑围护结构节能改造影响因素的分析

摘  要:随着技术的更新迭代,既有建筑相比新建建筑在围护结构节能、设备性能等方面都有很大的差距。但是部分既有建筑未到旧改的年限,建筑的老旧伴随高能耗对城市发展构成巨大的挑战。改善现有的建筑环境、降低建筑能耗水平,是当前不可忽视的问题。本文以深圳市某既有办公建筑为例,使用动态能耗模拟软件DeST-C对该楼进行能耗模拟分析,研究在无自然通风条件下窗墙比、外窗传热系数、外窗玻璃遮阳系数、建筑外墙和屋顶对室内冷负荷的影响,从而为夏热冬暖地区办公建筑围护结构改造提供理论依据,为相关既有建筑节能改造项目提供参考。With the updating and iteration of technology,there is a significant gap in energy efficiency and equipment performance of existing buildings compared to newly built ones.However,they have not yet reached the age of renovation,and the high energy consumption associated with old buildings poses a huge challenge to urban development.Improving the existing building environment and reducing building energy consumption levels are issues that cannot be ignored.This article taking an existing office building in Shenzhen as an example,the dynamic energy consumption simulation software DeST-C is used to analyze the energy consumption of the building.The study investigated the effects of window to wall ratio、external window heat transfer coefficient、external window glass shading coefficient、building exterior wall and roof on indoor cooling load under no natural ventilation conditions.This provides a theoretical basis for the renovation of office building envelope structures in hot summer and warm winter areas,and provides reference for energy-saving renovation of related existing projects.
