摘　　要：建筑业是国民经济的支柱产业,同时也是高耗能高排放产业,其能否完成绿色低碳转型关乎我国能否顺利迈向碳达峰与碳中和。而绿色低碳转型是机遇与挑战并存的不确定过程,需要顶层统筹设计、企业资源配置重组和社会公众广泛参与等多力协同,任一环节的缺位都有可能对企业自身的盈利能力产生重大影响,进而阻滞建筑业“双碳”目标的实现。本文通过面板回归法评估绿色低碳行动的开展对中国建筑业上市公司的影响,并尝试厘清其作用机制。研究结果指出,中国建筑业企业受到绿色低碳行动的显著冲击,经过稳健性检验后,该结果仍然成立。本文的研究可为政府决策部门及节能主管部门提供绿色低碳有关政策制定的参考依据。Construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China with intensive energy-consuming and high carbon emissions.The green and low-carbon transformation of construction industry a fatal step towards Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality in China.However,the green and lowcarbon transformation is an uncertain process that combines both opportunities and challenges,requiring multiple forces such as top-level coordinated design,enterprise resource allocation restructuring,and extensive public participation.The absence of any link may have a significant impact on the profitability of the enterprise itself,thereby hindering the achievement of the“Dual Carbon”goal in the construction industry.This paper uses panel regression to evaluate the impacts of green and low-carbon actions on listed companies in the Chinese construction industry,and attempts to clarify its mechanism of action.The research results indicate that Chinese construction enterprises have been significantly impacted by green and low-carbon actions,and after robustness testing,this result still holds true,which can provide reference basis for government decision-making departments and energy conservation regulatory agencies to formulate green and low-carbon related policies.
