摘　　要：分析了无障碍环境建设质量问题的根源在于无障碍设计,阐述了一种包含设计引导和图纸审查两个阶段的无障碍图审制度。借助在杭州亚残运会场馆无障碍图审工作的契机,将该制度进行实践,分析了无障碍专项设计的要点、归纳了图审中发现的重点问题,并为未来的无障碍环境建设提出发展方向。The drawbacks in accessible design leads to the quality problems of accessible environment construction,thus an accessible drawing review system is conceived,which includes both design and review stages.The system is put into practice through the accessible drawing reviews of the Asian Paralympic Games in Hangzhou,where the key points of accessible design are analyzed,the key problems identified during the review are summarized,and the direction for future accessible construction is proposed.
