摘  要:砷(As)和镉(Cd)在稻米中积累导致人体健康风险的问题已经引起全球范围的广泛关注。水稻生长过程中不同的水分管理和有机质的添加对水稻吸收砷和镉有重要的影响,但其中的机制还未被系统阐述。因此,本文主要探究了不同水管理条件下添加腐殖质对水-土-铁膜界面砷和镉含量及形态变化的影响,结果发现淹水还原条件下胡敏素的添加能进一步促进砷的还原,增加水稻各部分对砷的积累。然而,加入胡敏素后能促进镉的固定,进一步减少水稻各部分对镉的积累。The accumulation of arsenic(As)and cadmium(Cd)in rice leading to human health risks has attracted much attention worldwide.Different water management and organic matter addition during rice growth have important effects on arsenic and cadmium uptake by rice,but the mechanisms involved have not been systematically elucidated.Therefore,this paper mainly investigated the effects of Humin addition under different water management conditions on arsenic and cadmium content and morphological changes at the water-soil-iron membrane interface,and found that the addition of Humin under submerged water reduction conditions could further promote arsenic reduction and increase the trivalent arsenic content in pore water,thus increase the accumulation of arsenic in various parts of rice.However,the addition of Humin can promote the fixation of cadmium and further reduce the accumulation of cadmium in all parts of rice.
