摘　　要：生态环境安全是国家安全的重要组成部分,是经济社会持续健康发展的重要保障。本文围绕地方环境风险防控需求,借助科技智能化手段,设计了一套基于环境风险评估的地方环境风险分析和决策支持信息平台,以推动地方突发环境事件风险分析和决策智慧化,助力扭转突发环境事件多发频发态势,遏制重特大突发环境事件发生。Ecological and environmental security is an important part of national security and an important guarantee for sustainable and healthy economic and social development.Focusing on the needs of local environmental risk prevention and control,this paper designs a set of local environmental risk analysis and decision support information platform based on environmental risk assessment with the help of intelligent means of science and technology,so as to promote the intelligent risk analysis and decision making of local environmental emergencies,to help reverse the frequent occurrence of environmental emergencies,and curb the occurrence of serious and large-scale environmental emergencies.
