摘 要:化学镀镍废水中含有络合态的镍(Ⅱ)离子,其有效处理对化学镀镍企业废水达标排放至关重要。本研究采用改进硫化物沉淀法处理含有络合态镍(Ⅱ)离子的化学镀镍废水,考察硫化物投加量、助凝剂投加量以及废水最终pH等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:在常温下Na_(2)S·9H_(2)O(质量浓度为10.0 g/L)投加量为4.8 mL/L,Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O(质量浓度为4 g/L)5.7 mL/L,废水最终pH为7.0时,出水中镍(Ⅱ)离子的质量浓度为0.27 mg/L,达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)中表2限值(<0.5 mg/L)的要求。Chemical nickel plating wastewater contains nickel(II)ions in the complexed state,and its effective treatment is crucial for chemical nickel plating enterprises to meet the wastewater discharge standards.In this study,the improved sulfide precipitation method was used to treat the nickel plating wastewater containing complexed nickel(II)ions,and the effects of sulfide dosage,coagulant dosage and final pH of the wastewater on the treatment performance were investigated.The results showed that at room temperature with the dosage of Na _(2)S·9H_(2)O(mass concentration of 10.0 g/L)of 4.8 mL/L,the dosage of Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O(mass concentration of 4 g/L)of 5.7 mL/L,and the final pH of the wastewater of 7.0,the mass concentration of nickel(II)in the effluent was 0.27 mg/L,which meets the requirements of Table 2 limits(<0.5 mg/L)in the"Electroplating Pollutant Emission Standards"(GB21900-2008).
