摘　　要：农业与二三产融合是实现农业功能拓展和农民收入增加的重要有效途径。黑龙江省通过加快建设产业集中区与地方特色园区,充分发挥农业龙头企业的带动辐射作用,全面提高农产品市场营销的能力,以旅游休闲观光助力推进产业融合发展,不断深化农业经营体制改革等措施促进了一二三产业的融合。然而目前黑龙江省三产融合还存在着融合层次不深入,农业龙头企业的辐射带动力不强,集聚水平不高,基础设施增长缓慢等问题。因此,黑龙江省应积极探索三产融合发展的新途径,不断破解三产深度融合的资金短缺难题,大力发展新型农业经营主体的组织形式,积极主动补齐公共服务短板,加强科技创新人才支撑,以加快推进黑龙江省一二三产业深度融合发展。The integration of agriculture with the secondary and tertiary industries is an important and effective way to expand agricultural functions and increase farmers'income.Heilongjiang Province has promoted the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries by accelerating the construction of industrial concentration areas and local industry parks,giving full play to the leading and radiating role of leading agricultural enterprises,comprehensively improving the marketing ability of agricultural products,promoting industrial integration and development with the help of tourism,leisure and sightseeing,and continuously deepening the reform of the agricultural management system.However,at present,there are still some problems in the integration of the three industries in Heilongjiang Province,such as the shallow integration level,the weak radiating and driving force of leading agricultural enterprises,the low agglomeration level,and the slow growth of infrastructure.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province should actively explore new ways for the integrated development of the three industries,continuously solve the problem of shortage of funds for the in-depth integration of the three industries,vigorously develop new agricultural business entities,actively fill the shortcomings of public services,and strengthen the support of scientific and technological innovation talents,in order to accelerate the in-depth integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in the province.
