摘　　要：农业转型升级是农业实现高质量发展的必然选择。黑龙江省作为全国农业大省,农业转型升级虽然取得了一定成绩,但是与发达地区相比还是有一定的差距。当下产业融合是一种新的发展思路,为了加快黑龙江省农业转型升级的步伐,基于黑龙江省农业与相关产业融合的现状,从三产融合的视角来研究黑龙江省农业转型升级具有重要的现实意义。对黑龙江省农业转型升级面临的主要问题进行了分析,提出了三产融合推进黑龙江省农业转型升级的对策建议,以期促进黑龙江省农业转型升级,助力乡村振兴。Agricultural transformation and upgrading is an inevitable choice to achieve high-quality agricultural development.As a large agricultural province in China,Heilongjiang Province has made some achievements in agricultural transformation and upgrading,but there is still a certain gap compared with developed provinces.At present,industrial integration is a new development idea.In order to accelerate the pace of agricultural transformation and upgrading in Heilongjiang Province,it is of great practical significance for us to study the agricultural transformation and upgrading in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of the integration of three industries.Firstly,the concepts and determinants of agricultural transformation and upgrading were sorted out and expounded.Secondly,the present situation of the integration of agriculture and related industries in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed.Then,the main problems of agricultural transformation and upgrading in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed from the perspective of three-industry integration.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting the agricultural transformation and upgrading of Heilongjiang Province with the integration of three industries,hoping to promote the agricultural transformation and upgrading of Heilongjiang Province and help the early realization of the rural revitalization.
