摘 要:随着体验经济时代到来,游客对旅游体验要求也逐渐升高,历史文化型景区热度持续攀升,对历史文化型景区游客体验进行研究具有重要意义。以山西省皇城相府景区为研究对象,使用百度指数大数据分析功能和ROST CM6词频分析软件,对皇城相府游客网络数据进行分析,进一步了解游客人群特点和行为偏好。研究发现:景区对山西及周边省市影响力较大,对景区最感兴趣且游客出游时间多受节假日影响,景区游客体验普遍良好。基于游客体验网络评价文本,对景区发展提出相关建议。With the advent of the era of experience economy,tourists'requirements for tourism experience are gradually increasing.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the tourist experience of historical and cultural scenic spots.This paper takes the Xiangfu Scenic Area of Huangcheng in Shanxi Province as the research object and uses the Baidu index big data analysis function and ROST CM6 word frequency analysis software to analyze the network data of tourists in Xiangfu Huangcheng City,further understand the characteristics and behavioral preferences of tourists.The results show that the scenic spot has a great influence on Shanxi and surrounding provinces and cities,and young and middle-aged men are most interested in the scenic spot and the travel time of tourists is mostly affected by holidays The tourist experience of the scenic spot is generally good.Based on the text of the network evaluation of tourist experience,the development countermeasures are put forward for the scenic spots.
