摘 要:传统财经教育模式已无法满足新时代发展需求,顺应财经专业发展新趋势,“新财经”应运而生。新财经是新文科建设的重要内容,是高等财经教育质量变革的新时代要求。行为金融学是金融学专业下的前沿交叉学科,行为金融学将金融学、心理学、行为学、社会学等学科有机融合,是一门典型的跨学科课程。在新财经背景下,对行为金融学课程教学改革进行了有益的实践探索,立足于新教育理念、新学科结构、新培养模式推动课程体系建设、课堂教学设计以及考核机制构建,探究课程教学改革的实施路径,提升行为金融学课程教学效能,助力培养具有全面素质和综合能力的新财经人才。The traditional financial education model has been unable to meet the development needs of the new era,in line with the new trend of financial professional development,"new finance"came into being.New finance is an important content of the construction of new liberal arts,and it is the requirement of the new era of quality reform for higher education in finance.Behavioral finance is a frontier interdisciplinary subject under the major of finance.Behavioral finance is a typical interdisciplinary course that integrates finance,psychology,behavior and sociology.Under the background of new finance,this paper makes a useful practical exploration on the teaching reform of behavioral finance course.Based on the new education concept,new discipline structure and new training mode,we will promote the construction of curriculum system,classroom teaching design and assessment mechanism,explore the implementation path of curriculum teaching reform,improve the teaching efficiency of behavioral finance courses,and help cultivate new financial talents with overall quality and comprehensive ability.
