摘 要:针对船用LNG液罐用SA553 TypeⅠ(9Ni)和SA 240 316L异种材料焊接,结合两种材料的焊接性能,制定了相应的焊接工艺,并进行了焊接工艺评定试验。试验结果表明:采用制定的焊接工艺获得的焊接接头力学性能满足标准及规范要求;对焊接接头进行了金相组织分析,发现采用含Ni量高的ENiCrMo-6焊条,焊缝组织主要以奥氏体为主,可有效降低焊缝中脆性相的析出,具有良好的低温冲击性能。焊接工艺评定结果验证了焊接工艺的可靠性。According to the welding of SA553 Type I(9Ni) and SA 240 316L dissimilar materials in marine LNG tanks,corresponding welding processes were developed based on the welding performance of the two materials,and welding process evaluation tests were conducted.The results indicate that the mechanical properties of the welded joint obtained using the established welding process meet the requirements of the standard specifications.The metallographic analysis of the welded joint revealed that using ENiCrMo-6 welding rod with high Ni content,the weld structure is mainly austenite,which can effectively reduce the precipitation of brittle phases in the weld and has good low-temperature impact performance.The welding process qualification results have verified the correctness of the welding process.
