摘　　要：黄酮类化合物(Flavonoids)是天然植物中的主要活性成分,多以糖苷结构存在,具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节和降脂降糖等药理作用,在防治动物疾病、提高生产性能、增强机体免疫和改善肉蛋奶品质等方面发挥着重要作用。因此,黄酮类化合物作为抗生素替代品,在畜禽生产领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。论文对黄酮类化合物的结构和来源、提取测定、药理学作用及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,为开发黄酮类化合物作为畜禽养殖的绿色饲料添加剂提供理论依据。Flavonoids are the main active ingredients in natural plants,mostly in the glycoside structure,with antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-tumor,immune regulation and lipid-lowering and glucose-lowering pharmacological effects.They play important roles in preventing and controlling animal diseases,improving production performance,enhancing body immunity and improving the quality of meat,eggs and milk.Therefore,as substitutes for antibiotics,flavonoids have broad application prospects in the field of livestock and poultry production.In this paper,the structure and origin,extraction,pharmacological effects and application of flavonoids in livestock and poultry production were reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the development of flavonoids as green feed additives in livestock and poultry production.
