摘 要:[目的]高温涂层技术是目前各类高温部件合金长效服役必须的手段。然而,高温涂层制备对合金原始力学性能的影响,以及涂层消耗、退化和耐蚀元素扩散对合金寿命的影响尚无统一结论。[方法]综述了三代高温涂层即扩散涂层、包覆涂层和热障涂层的制备对基体合金组织结构和性能的影响,重点讨论了铝化物涂层对合金持久性能的强化机制和恶化机制;在此基础上,总结了铝化物涂层在高温、长时电站锅炉服役环境下的持久强度。[结果]影响高温涂层的主要机制有涂层表面强化层的形成、元素互扩散,以及有效承载截面面积的变化。[结论]目前有关高温涂层技术的研究仍存在一些不足,服役退化问题的解决、相关机理的深入探讨、大型部件上的涂层制备、工艺方法的改进等方面是未来的研究方向。[Introduction]High-temperature coating technology is a necessary method for the long-term service of various high-temperature component alloys.However,there is no unified conclusion on the effect of high temperature coating preparation on the original mechanical properties of the matrix alloys,and the effects of coating consumption,degradation,and corrosion-resistant element diffusion on the service lives of the matrix alloys.[Method]In this paper,the effects of the preparation of three generations of high-temperature coatings,namely diffusion coating,deposition coating,and thermal barrier coating,on the microstructure and properties of the matrix alloy were reviewed.The strengthening mechanism and deterioration mechanism of the aluminide coating on the stress rupture properties of matrix alloy were discussed.On this basis,the endurance strength of aluminide coatings under high temperature and long-term service environment of power station boilers was summarized.[Result]The main mechanisms affecting the high-temperature coatings are the formation of strengthening layer on coating surface,the interdiffusion of elements,and the change of the effective bearing cross-sectional area.[Conclusion]At present,there are still some shortcomings in the research of high-temperature coating technology.The solution of degradation during service,the in-depth discussion of related mechanisms,the preparation of high-temperature coatings on large-sized components,and the improvement of preparation processes are the future research directions.
