摘 要:卷铁心变压器的铁心制造和结构不同于普通叠片铁心变压器,磁路和电磁性能有特殊性。建立三相立体卷铁心干式变压器电磁-温度-流场耦合仿真模型,仿真分析变压器额定运行时的磁场和电流,计算相应状态下变压器各项损耗,将计算出的损耗映射到温度场和流体场,采用Icepak软件对变压器进行磁-流-热耦合仿真分析,得到立体卷铁心变压器铁心和绕组温度场分布。结果表明,有夹件较无夹件时使变压器各组件温度升高。三相立体卷铁心变压器磁场、损耗、散热、温升的耦合分析,对变压器的性能分析、优化设计和运行维护及数字孪生技术发展有重要意义。The manufacture and structure of the wound core transformer is different from the ordinary laminated core transformer,and the magnetic circuit and electromagnetic properties have their special characteristics.The coupling simulation model of electromagnetic,temperature and flow field of three-phase three-dimensional wound core dry transformer is established,the magnetic field and current of the transformer are simulated and analyzed,and the loss of the transformer is calculated under the corresponding state.The calculated loss is mapped to the temperature field and the fluid field,and the magnetic-fluid-thermal coupling of the transformer is simulated by Icepak software,and the impact of the clamp on the temperature distribution in a dry-type three-dimensional coil core transformer is examined.The result show that compared without the clamp,with the clamp increases the temperature of the transformer components.The coupling analysis of magnetic field,loss,heat dissipation and temperature rise of three-phase three-dimensional wound core transformer is of significance to the performance analysis,optimal design,operation and maintenance of transformer and the development of digital twin technology.
