摘　　要：在“双碳”背景及能耗“双控”政策转变影响下,鞍山地区的钢铁和菱镁两大支柱产业作为碳排放大户,面临着巨大减排挑战。因此积极寻求产业绿色发展新机遇,以技术升级推动产业高质量转型。对鞍山地区支柱型行业用户的用电特性进行分析,为鞍山地区钢铁和菱镁两大行业转型升级提供电力数据参考,为鞍山大力实施“两翼一体化”经济发展战略、推动融合发展提供借鉴。Under the influence of the“dual carbon”background and the“dual control”policy change of energy consumption,the steel and magnetite pillar industries in Anshan,as major carbon emission,are faced with huge emission reduction challenges.It should use the difficulties as a driving force to actively seek new opportunities for industrial green development and promote the high-quality transformation of the industry through technological upgrading.The analysis of the power characteristics of the users of the pillar industries in Anshan area,it provides power data support for the transformation and upgrading of the steel and magnetite industries in Anshan area,and escorts Anshan to implement the economic development strategy of“integration of two wings”and promote integrated development to provide reference.
