摘 要:针对油泥热解废水高含油、高氨氮、高COD、难处理的问题,使用GC-MS定性分析发现废水中含有52种有机物,采用“预处理+芬顿氧化+生化+芬顿氧化+BAF”工艺处理油泥热解废水,连续6 d检测各单元处理后的水质,结果表明:通过本工艺处理后的油泥热解废水中COD浓度≤150 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N浓度≤25 mg/L,石油类≤10 mg/L,满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》二级排放标准要求;酸性条件下使用膨润土作吸附预处理,对热解废水中COD、石油类的去除率分别达到60%,72%~75%;氨氮主要在生化单元去除,膨润土吸附和芬顿氧化对氨氮的去除效果不明显。研究结果为油泥处理后衍生废水提供了新的处理思路,为油泥全流程无害化处理提供一定参考和借鉴。Wastewater from oily sludge pyrolysis with high oil content,high ammonia nitrogen,high COD was difficult to be treated.Qualitative analysis using GC-MS revealed that the wastewater contained 52 kinds of organic compounds.The wastewater was treated by“Pretreatment+Fenton oxidation+Biochemical+Fenton oxidation+BAF”process.The water quality of each unit after treatment was measured for 6 consecutive days.The results showed that the COD concentration in wastewater after treatment by this process was less than or equal to 150 mg/L,and the NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration was less than or equal to 25 mg/L,and petroleum concentration was less than or equal to 10 mg/L,which met the secondary discharge standard requirements of GB 8978—1996“Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”.The bentonite was used for adsorption pretreatment under acidic conditions,and the removal rates of COD and petroleum in wastewater could reach to 60% and 72%~75%;respectively,ammonia nitrogen was mainly removed in the biochemical unit,and the removal effect of bentonite adsorption and Fenton oxidation on ammonia nitrogen were not significant.The research results provide a new treatment approach for wastewater derived from oily sludge treatment,and provide some references and guidances for the harmless treatment of oily sludge throughout the entire process.
