摘 要:针对塔河油田某处理站高含液油泥减量化进行了室内调质离心处理模拟实验以及现场设备处置应用。实验调质药剂选用破乳剂、聚合氯化铝(PAC)及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),通过相关正交实验,获得了含油污泥减量处置所需调质时间和药剂加入量等数据。实验结果表明:含油污泥温度在65~85℃,调质时间为12 min,浓度0.1%的破乳剂溶液加入量0.2 mL,浓度0.1%的PAC溶液加入量0.5 mL,浓度0.1%的阳离子PAM溶液加入量0.2 mL时,处理后含油污泥的固相含液率≤45%,分离出的液相含油率≥20%,实现了含油污泥减量处理及原油回收,为调质离心处置工艺在现场应用提供了有效支持。The simulation experiment of indoor tempering and centrifugation treatment and the application of field equipment disposal were carried out for the reduction of high liquid oily sludge in a treatment station of Tahe Oilfield.Demulsifier,polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and polyacrylamide(PAM)were selected as tempering agents in the experiment.The tempering time and agent dosages for reduction treatment of the oily sludge were obtained by correlation orthogonal experiments.The experimental results showed that when the oily sludge temperature was 65~85℃,and the tempering time was 12 min,and the addition amount of demulsifier solution with 0.1% concentration was 0.2 mL,and the addition amount of PAC solution with 0.1% concentration was 0.5 mL,and the addition amount of cationic PAM solution with 0.1% concentration was 0.2 mL,the solid phase liquid content of oily sludge after treatment was less than or equal to 45%,and the oil content of the separated liquid phase was greater than or equal to 20%.The reduction treatment of oily sludge and the recovery of crude oil were realized.This study provided effective support for the field application of tempering and centrifugation treatment technology.
