摘　　要：中国式法治现代化是中国式现代化在法治领域的具体体现,充分彰显了中国特色法治文明的新样态。习近平法治思想是中国式法治现代化的理论基础与实践遵循,中国式法治现代化是切实贯彻习近平法治思想的时代要求和路径逻辑。坚持党对全面依法治国的领导、坚持以人民为中心和坚持中国特色社会主义法治道路,构成了全面依法治国的方向性要素、立场性要素和道路性要素,这三种要素为推动和实现中国式法治现代化提供了根本政治保证,是中国式法治现代化必须秉持的政治要素观。Chinese path to modernization of rule of law is a concrete presentation of Chinese modernization in the field of the rule of law,which fully demonstrates the new pattern of the civilization of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is the theoretical basis and practical guidance of Chinese path to modernization of rule of law,and Chinese path to modernization of rule of law is the requirement and path logic to implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.Upholding overall Party leadership in law-based governance,upholding a people-centered approach and upholding the rule of law under socialism with Chinese characteristics constitute the directional,standing and road elements of the overall rule of law.These provide the fundamental political guarantee for promoting and realizing Chinese path to modernization of rule of law,and constitute the political essential view that must be held in Chinese path to modernization of rule of law.
