摘  要:鉴于三河口水利枢纽工程对砂石骨料有特殊的要求,为使砂石加工系统完全满足工程需要,通过类比同类型项目设计要点和本项目的地形、地质、设计原则等特点,进行针对性的专项设计施工。系统经过设计、施工、试生产和满载负荷运行后,所有检测指标均满足设计要求,同时也满足施工工艺要求。结果表明,这种设计思路和工艺彻底解决了骨料含泥、裹粉、针片状、细度模数大等难题,适合花岗岩、变质砂岩、石英岩、砂板岩等料源。这种工艺具有产能高、效率高、钢耗小、用水量小、适合全干法生产、细砂及石粉流失少等优点,在多个类似工程中应用效果良好。Given the specific requirements for sand and gravel aggregates for the Sanhekou Water Conservancy Project,a targeted special design and construction was carried out for the sand and gravel processing system to fully meet the project's needs.By comparing the design key points of similar projects and considering the topography,geology,and design principles of this project,a specialized construction design was developed.After design,construction,trial production,and full-load operation,all detection indicators met the design requirements as well as the construction process requirements.The results show that this design concept and process thoroughly solved the problems of clay content,powder coating,needle-like particles,and fineness modulus in the aggregates.This process is suitable for material sources such as granite,metamorphic sandstone,quartzite,and slate.It boasts advantages such as high production capacity,high efficiency,low steel consumption,low water usage,suitability for full dry-process production,and minimal loss of fine sand and stone powder.This process has shown excellent application effects in multiple similar projects.
