摘  要:二次衬砌混凝土是引水隧洞除灌浆外最后一道主体工程施工程序,其浇筑质量的好坏对通水后的正常运行关系重大。良好的衬砌质量,可以显著提高工程运行寿命,降低维护成本,有效确保供水效果。对衬砌混凝土质量影响最大的是裂缝,尤其是贯穿渗漏裂缝,其对整个隧洞正常运行的影响通常是致命性的,裂缝发展通常会加速混凝土老化,破坏混凝土内外结构,影响使用寿命,要重点加以研究。裂缝产生的原因是多方面的,需要从设计、施工以及养护等各个环节进行把控。本文结合工程实际,对隧洞衬砌混凝土裂缝控制方法进行介绍,供类似工程借鉴。The secondary lining concrete is the last main construction procedure for the water diversion tunnel,aside from grouting.The quality of its pouring is crucial to the normal operation of the tunnel after it begins to convey water.Good lining quality can significantly improve the operational lifespan of the project,reduce maintenance costs,and effectively ensure the water supply.Cracks,especially penetrating leakage cracks,have the greatest impact on the quality of the lining concrete.These cracks can be fatal to the normal operation of the entire tunnel,as their development typically accelerates concrete aging,damages internal and external structures,and affects service life,necessitating focused research.The causes of cracks are multifaceted,requiring control at every stage from design to construction and maintenance.This paper introduces methods for controlling cracks in tunnel lining concrete based on practical engineering experience,providing a reference for similar projects.
