摘　　要：软弱围岩隧洞采用台阶法掘进较为普遍,为保证施工进度与安全,在工程实际应用中,采用“短进尺、强支护”的方式组织施工,在拱脚处施设锁脚锚杆和地脚连系梁,保障了隧洞开挖安全,适度提升了施工进度,取得了较好的施工效果,并适度节约了施工成本。The bench method is commonly used in the excavation of tunnels in weak surrounding rock.To ensure construction progress and safety,this paper discusses an engineering application that adopts a construction method of“short advance,strong support”.When organizing construction,foot-locking anchor rods and ground tie beams are installed at the arch feet to ensure the safety of tunnel excavation.This approach moderately improves construction progress,achieves good construction results,and saves construction costs to a certain extent.
