摘 要:在伶俐水库及灌区工程规模论证时,初步拟定了5个正常蓄水位方案进行比选分析。在此基础上,运用层次分析法以工程造价、工程效益、生态环境影响、库区淹没影响、工程布置及施工条件等为评价指标进行定量分析。经综合比选分析,初步选定了伶俐水库正常蓄水位为115.0m,为后续伶俐水库及伶俐灌区前期工作的开展提供了支撑。During the demonstration phase of the Lingli Reservoir and irrigation district project,five normal storage water level schemes were initially proposed for comparative analysis.Based on this,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to conduct a quantitative analysis with evaluation indicators including project cost,project benefits,ecological and environmental impact,reservoir area inundation impact,engineering layout,and construction conditions.After comprehensive comparison and analysis,the normal storage water level of the Lingli Reservoir was preliminarily selected to be 115.0 meters,providing support for the subsequent preliminary work of the Lingli Reservoir and Lingli Irrigation District.
