摘 要:赣州市章江八境湖拦河坝水闸工程属三类病险闸,现带病运行。为保证工程运行安全和保障下游人民群众的生命财产安全,须限制运用水位和调整工程运用调度方案。通过对赣州市章江八境湖拦河坝水闸限制运用水位推求和复核研究,确定了在水闸实施除险加固前,建议闸上游限制运用安全水位取值为96.80m,并提出了不同洪水流量下可行防洪调度方案;同时对拦河闸、船闸联合泄洪时的泄洪流量进行了计算,提出了水闸除险加固前拦河闸门限制运用调度方法。本文成果为当前工程安全运用提供了可靠的技术支撑,也可为类似病险水闸调度运行提供参考。The Zhangjiang Bajing Lake Dam Gate Project in Ganzhou City is classified as a type III dangerous gate and is currently operating under hazardous conditions.To ensure the safe operation of the project and to protect the lives and property of people downstream,it is necessary to limit the operational water level and adjust the project operation and dispatching plan.Through the study and verification of the restricted operational water level of the Zhangjiang Bajing Lake Dam Gate,it was determined that before the implementation of risk elimination and reinforcement,the recommended safe operational water level upstream of the gate should be 96.80 meters.Feasible flood control dispatching plans for different flood flows were proposed.Additionally,the flood discharge flow during the combined operation of the dam gate and the ship lock was calculated,and a restricted operational dispatching method for the dam gate before reinforcement was proposed.This study provides reliable technical support for the safe operation of the current project and offers a reference for the dispatching operation of similar dangerous gates.
