摘 要:对于低水头的径流式电站,由于工作水头及库水位的运行约束,在开展经济运行指标评价时,单一采用耗水率指标进行经济性对比评价,不能完全反映出流量的决定性因素。本文基于综合水位约束及水头约束提出了水位综合评价指标模型,基于流量出力关系提出了出力偏离度指标模型。通过指标的对比综合评价激发主观能动性,为企业提质增效深挖内生动力,为建立绿色低碳的能源格局奉献水电力量。For low-head run-of-the-river power stations,due to the operational constraints of working head and reservoir water level,using only the water consumption rate indicator for economic comparison cannot fully reflect the decisive factors of flow rate.This paper proposes two comparative models:a comprehensive water level evaluation indicator model that integrates water level and head constraints,and a power deviation indicator model based on the flow-to-power relationship.By comprehensively evaluating these indicators,the paper aims to stimulate subjective initiative,enhance the quality and efficiency of enterprises,and contribute to the establishment of a green and low-carbon energy structure through hydropower.
