摘 要:为研究鄱阳湖上覆水环境条件对沉积物氮的影响,以鄱阳湖河口点沉积物为试验材料,通过改变上覆水体的温度、pH、水体扰动条件,研究沉积物中不同形态氮的释放特征,并用一次函数、二次函数、三次函数对不同环境条件下沉积物氮释放的相关性进行拟合。结果表明:随着温度的升高,总氮、氨氮和硝态氮的释放明显增加。在酸性条件下氨氮的释放强度最大,碱性条件下最小;总氮和硝态氮则在碱性条件下释放强度最大。在不同扰动强度下,氨氮、总氮和硝态氮均在160 r/min下的释放强度最大。曲线拟合结果表明,总氮、氨氮和硝态氮的释放强度与pH、温度、扰动强度的拟合曲线呈一定的函数关系。In order to study the effect of overlying water conditions on sediment nitrogen in Poyang Lake,the estuarine sediments of Poyang Lake were used as experimental materials.By changing the temperature,pH and disturbance conditions of overlying water,the release charac⁃teristics of different forms of nitrogen in sediments were studied.The correlation of nitrogen release in sediments under different environmental conditions was fitted with the functions of first order,second order and third order.The results showed that with the increase of temperature,the release of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen increased significantly.Under acidic condition,the release intensity of am⁃monia nitrogen was the highest,while under alkaline condition,it was the lowest.The release intensity of total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen was the highest under alkaline condition.Under different disturbance intensities,the release intensity of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and ni⁃trate nitrogen reached the maximum at 160 r/min.Curve fitting results showed that the release intensity of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen was a function of pH,temperature and disturbance intensity.
