摘 要:梳理了废氟磺酸资源化利用现状,综述了以废氟磺酸为主要原料生产硫酸钾、氟化钾、硫酸铵、双氟磺酰亚胺锂、硫酸铵、白炭黑与石油防锈剂等产品的制备原理与生产工艺技术。锂电池产业中的废氟磺酸体量较大,迫切需要开发高效的资源化利用技术提升其附加值。此外,与废氟磺酸共存的杂质组分和含量差异极大,资源化利用废氟磺酸的同时需要建立产品的质量企业与行业标准,严格把控产品质量。The current status of waste fluorosulfuric acid resource utilization was summarized,and the preparation principle and production technology status of potassium sulfate,potassium fluoride,ammonium sulfate,lithium difluorosulfonate imide,ammonium sulfate,white carbon black and petroleum rust inhibitor with waste fluorosulfuric acid as the main raw material were reviewed.The amount of waste fluorosulfuric acid in the lithium battery industry was large,so it was urgent to develop efficient resource utilization technology to enhance its added value.In addition,the composition and content of impurities coexisting with waste fluorosulfuric acid were very different,and the resource utilization of waste fluorosulfuric acid required the establishment of product quality enterprise and industry standards to strictly control product quality.
