侧柏叶的药效成分和分析方法研究进展

摘　　要：总结了侧柏叶及其炮制品的药效成分和分析方法。侧柏叶中的黄酮类、萜类和挥发油可能是其生发作用的物质基础,黄酮类成分可能是其止血作用的药效成分。侧柏叶的分析方法有液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、毛细管电泳法和薄层色谱法。后续建议继续深入研究侧柏叶的药效成分,并在此基础上选用合适的分析方法对其质量进行评价。The pharmacodynamic ingredients and analytical methods of Platycladus orientalis.were summarized.Flavonoids,terpenoids and volatile components of P.orientalis had the effect of promoting hair growth.The flavonoids components of P.orientalis had hemostatic effect.Liquid chromatography(LC),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),capillary electrophoresis(CE) and thin-layer chromatography(TLC)were used in the quality control of P.orientalis.The pharmacodynamic ingredients of P.orientalis should be comprehensively analyzed and the suitable analytical method should be used in the quality evaluation.It was aimed to provide more scientific evidences for the improvement of quality standard of P.orientalis.
