摘  要:苋菜籽油因其不饱和脂肪酸含量高、生物活性成分特别是角鲨烯丰富而受到越来越多的关注,角鲨烯含量高于橄榄油,被认为是角鲨烯的天然来源之一。为研究苋菜籽油的提取工艺,以出油率为指标,采用索氏提取法,考察溶剂、时间、温度3个因素对提取效果的影响。结果表明,以石油醚为提取溶剂,时间为2 h,温度为40℃时,可得到最大出油率为4.558%。该方法简单易工业化,优化的提取工艺经济、方便、可行。Amaranth seed oil is attracting more and more attention due to its high unsaturated fatty acid content and abundant bioactive compounds,especially squalene.It has been reported that amaranth seed oil contains larger amounts of squalenethan olive oil,which is considered to be one of the natural sources of squalene.In order to study the extraction technology of amaranth seed oil,the oil yield was taken as the index.The Soxhlet extraction method was used,the effects of solvent,time and temperature were investigated.The results showed that the maximum oil yield of 4.558% could be obtained when the extraction solvent was petroleum ether,time was 2 h and temperature was 40 ℃.The method is simple and easy to industrialization,and the optimized extraction process is economical,convenient and feasible.
