摘 要:以新峪焦煤为样品,采用氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液与微波辐照联合脱除煤中硫分,利用正交试验考察了氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液浓度、辐照时间、微波功率等因素对煤炭脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:微波功率为720 W、氢氧化钾-10%甲醇溶液浓度为0.15 gKOH/gcoal、辐照时间为4 min,在此条件下煤样脱硫率达到23.89%;XPS、FTIR表明实验条件下能脱除大部分的无机硫,对有机硫有一定的脱除效果,脱硫后煤样基质主体结构基本未变。The technology of microwave pretreatment with the mixed solvent of methanol and potassium hydroxide was used in removal of sulfur in Xinyu coking coal.Effects of microwave irradiation power,irradiation time,concentration of potassium hydroxide-methanol on desulfurization effectiveness were explored by orthogonal experiments.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by analyzing the orthogonal experimental data.The results showed that the optimal operating conditions of removal of sulfur in coal by microwave pretreatment with the mixed solven of methanol and potassium hydroxide were as follows:the microwave irradiation power was 720 W,the irradiation time was 4 min,and concentration of methanol-potassium hydroxide was 0.15 gKOH/gcoal.The removal rate of sulfur was 23.89% under the optimized technical conditions.And on this condition,the changes of the organic sulfur were analysed with XPS and the structure with infrared spectrum in coal.Finally the follow conclusions were reached.It can remove most of inorganic sulfur and part of the organic sulfur in coal.The main structure of coal samples remained unchanged after desulfurization.
