摘 要:采用常温逆王水冷溶快速消解联合等离子体发射光谱法构建土壤中锑元素的新测定方法:采用5 mL逆王水、 0.2 mL HF作为消解液常温冷溶处理土壤样品,经等离子体发射光谱进行检测。结果表明:当土壤样品量为0.100 0 g,定容体积为25 mL时,土壤中锑的检出限为0.003 1 mg/kg,方法线性范围为0.0~10.0 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 9。三个不同浓度水平的样品测试结果相对误差、相对标准偏差均小于5%,对实际样品进行不同浓度系列的加标回收率为98.8%~104%,准确定、精确度均有良好效果。方法具有更简便、更高效和准确等优点,适用于批量土壤锑元素的快速测定。A new determination method of antimony in soil was constructed by means of cold dissolution:the soil samples were treated with 5 mL of lefort aqua regia and 0.2 mL of HF as digestion solution,and detected by plasma emission spectrum.The results showed that when the soil sample size was 0.100 0 g and the fixed volume was 25 mL,the detection limit of antimony in the soil was 0.003 1 mg/kg,the method was 0.0~10.0 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.The relative error and relative standard deviation of the test results of the three samples with different concentration levels were less than 5%,and the recovery rate of different concentration series of the actual samples was 98.8%~104%,and the accuracy and accuracy had good results.The method had the advantages of the simplicity,efficiency and accuracy for the rapid determination of bulk soil antimony elements.
