摘 要:硫铁矿是重要的冶金原料之一,在冶炼工业中应用广泛,它的主要化学成分为二硫化亚铁,是一种重要的化学矿物原料,常用来制造硫酸,其矿渣可用来炼铁、炼钢,若炉渣含硫量较高,含铁量不高时,可以用作水泥的附属原料;硫铁矿也会用于制造硫磺或者其他含硫的化合物。在实际生产过程中,转化氛围对产品性能和过程能耗有显著影响,基于此,本文主要研究了硫铁矿焙烧中pH-硫酸浓度之间的关系,为硫酸类溶液体系的pH和酸碱度分析提供了试验依据和预测理论模型。In hydrometallurgical processes,acidity and pH are crucial core parameters.Acidity is typically measured using a standard alkali titration method,while pH reflects the activity of hydrogen ions through the use of a pH meter.Sulfuric acid,with its boiling point reaching up to 330 ℃ and excellent corrosion resistance,is widely used in acidic systems.In industrial practice,it is essential to estimate the solution's acidity based on pH values and calculate the required amounts of neutralizing agents,precipitants,or saponification agents to optimize process conditions.However,due to sulfuric acid being a diprotic acid with a small second dissociation constant and significantly affected by sulfate ion concentration,directly using pH values to calculate hydrogen ion concentration can introduce substantial errors.To address this issue,researchers have developed mathematical formulas describing the relationship between pH and acidity based on ionization theory and Pitzer activity coefficient models,and these formulas have been validated through experiments.These findings provide more accurate calculation bases for industrial production and offer important references for theoretical research.
