摘  要:主要研究碳纤维拉挤板加热前后力学性能,在确定碳纤维复合材料拉挤板材工艺的前提下,通过加热碳纤维复合材料拉挤板材,分析加热前后对其力学性能影响。分析结果:加热后,0°方向拉伸、0°方向压缩和0°方向弯曲强度性能都有所增强,模量都有所减弱,层剪性能明显减弱,从试验结果分析得出,碳纤维复合材拉挤板材加热后的力学性能也能够满足使用要求。The mechanical properties of carbon fiber pultrusion plate before and after heating were studied.On the premise of determining the process of carbon fiber composite pultrusion plate,the influence of heating on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite pultrusion plate was analyzed.Analysis results showed that:after heating,the strength properties of 0° tensile direction,0° compression direction and 0° bending direction were enhanced,and the modulus was weakened.The shear properties of the layers were obviously weakened.From the analysis of the test results,the mechanical properties of the carbon fiber composite sheet after heating can also meet the application requirements.
