摘　　要：为优化产品结构,增加生产灵活性,云南石化加氢裂化装置通过加工催化柴油、直馏柴油、渣油加氢柴油,增加高附加值产品收率,累计加工柴油组分原料191 983 t;通过进行轻质化改造工作,改善装置产品结构,航煤+重石脑油+轻石脑油收率增加23.68%;通过优化工艺调整,生产3号、5号工业粗白油,取得戊烷发泡剂生产许可,其中生产工业粗白油75 260 t。云南石化加氢裂化装置优化产品结构的生产实践,拓宽了装置原料来源,优化了加工流程,改善了产品结构,提高了经济效益。In order to optimize the product structure and increase production flexibility,Yunnan Petrochemical's hydrocracking unit increased the yield of high value-added products by processing FCC diesel,CDU diesel and RDS diesel,improved the product structure of theunit through light production transformation work.By optimizing the process adjustment,the industrial crude white oil of No.3 and No.5 was achieved,and the production license for pentane foaming agent was obtained.The production practice of optimizing the product structure of Yunnan Petrochemical's hydrocracking unit expanded the source of raw materials,optimized the processing flow,improved the product structure,and increased economic benefits.
