摘　　要：公平正义作为中国特色社会主义的内在要求,是协调中华民族共同体内各民族关系的基本准则。公平正义与中华民族共同体存在高度融通之处,二者生发于中华民族历来崇尚的优秀文化传统、统一于马克思主义中国化时代化的理论创新、着眼于各族人民日益增长的美好生活需要、融通于推进和拓展中国式现代化的使命任务。公平正义的价值理念寓于中华民族政治共同体、中华民族经济共同体、中华民族文化共同体、中华民族社会共同体、中华民族生态共同体之中。在公平正义价值理念的指引下,可通过推动民族地区高质量发展,完善相关法治保障、凝聚各民族思想行为、推进社会“善治”和实现人与自然和谐共生几个方面推进中华民族共同体建设。Fairness and justice,as the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the basic criterion for coordinating ethnic relationships in the Chinese nation community.There is a high degree of integration between fairness and justice and the Chinese nation community,and the two originate from the excellent cultural tradition advocated constantly by the Chinese nation,unite in the theoretical innovation of Marxism's Sinicization and modernization,focus on people's increasing needs for a better life,and integrate in the mission of promoting and expanding Chinese-style modernization.The values of fairness and justice are embodied in the Chinese nation's political community,economic community,cultural community,social community,and ecological community.Under the guidance of the value of fairness and justice,the construction of the Chinese nation community can be promoted through such aspects as promoting the high-quality development of ethnic areas,improving the relevant legal guarantee,converging the thoughts and behaviors of all ethnic groups,promoting the“Good Governance”of society,and realizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
