摘　　要：第19届欧洲克罗恩和结肠炎组织年会的主题是“炎症性肠病中的跨界”。本次会议发布了炎症性肠病新疗法、新策略以及新治疗终点的进展。本届年会在克罗恩病的治疗方法方面突出了新型生物制剂、小分子药物的疗效研究和安全性分析。在克罗恩病的治疗策略方面纳入了更多新理念,炎症生物学标志物与“降阶梯”和“升阶梯”策略、等位基因指导用药、外科手术方式和肛周瘘管癌的筛选策略等为临床治疗的优化提供了新方向。本文对会议关于克罗恩病的新疗法和新策略做一综述,以期为我国克罗恩病的研究方向提供一些新的思路。The 19th European Crohn's and Colitis Organisation(ECCO)Annual Congress focused on"Crossing borders in inflammatory bowel disease".The congress unveiled advancements in new therapies,strategies,and treatment endpoints for inflammatory bowel disease.Highlighted at this year's ECCO congress were novel biologic agents,efficacy studies on small molecule drugs,and safety analyses in the treatment of Crohn's disease.The treatment strategies for Crohn's disease incorporated new concepts,including inflammatory biomarkers coupled with"step-up"and"step-down"approaches,pharmacogenomics,surgical methods,and screening strategies for perianal fistula carcinoma,offering fresh perspectives for optimizing clinical treatments.This view discusses the new therapies and strategies presented at the conference,aiming to provide insights into research directions for Crohn's disease in our country.
