长三角一体化背景下沪蚌公立医院跨区域合作探索与实践

摘　　要：在长三角卫生健康一体化建设的背景下,同济大学附属第十人民医院与蚌埠市卫生健康委员会开展院地跨区域合作,整体帮扶蚌埠市3家市属公立综合性医院发展。详细阐述了在选派管理团队、确定合作目标任务、输出管理理念、推动合作医院高质量发展等方面的主要做法及所取得的初步成效。研究发现,大型公立医院优质医疗资源下沉,有组织、有计划地“组团式”帮扶地市级城市公立医院,有助于实现医疗资源均衡化。Under the background of the Yangtze River Delta health integration construction,the Tenth People's Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University and Bengbu Municipal Health Commission carried out the cross-regional cooperation to help the development of three municipal public comprehensive hospitals as a whole.The main methods and initial results in selecting management team,determining cooperation objectives and tasks,exporting management ideas and promoting high-quality development of cooperative hospitals are described in detail.The study found that the quality medical resources of large public hospitals are sinking,and the organized and planned"group"support of prefecture-level urban public hospitals is conducive to achieving the equalization of medical resources.
