摘　　要：2021年国家全力推进公立医院高质量发展进入全新阶段,对公立医院提出全新要求。通过阐明等级医院评审对促进公立医院高质量发展的意义,以江苏省昆山市第一人民医院为例,介绍医院创建三级甲等综合性医院及以等级医院评审标准为管理标尺,推进院内评审评价常态化的具体做法,总结以等级医院评审为抓手促进公立医院高质量发展的体会和思考,为同类医院提供经验借鉴。From 2021,our country would fully promote the high-quality development of public hospitals and enter a new stage,putting forward new requirements for public hospitals.By clarifying the significance of the graded hospital review for promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,and taking the First People's Hospital of Kunshan City,Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper introduces the specific practices of establishing a 3A comprehensive hospital and taking the the graded hospital review standard as the management criterion to promote the normalization of in-hospital review and evaluation.Also,the paper summarizes the experience and thinking of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals with the graded hospital evaluation as the starting point,and provides the experience for the similar hospitals.
