摘　　要：有害物质是指能对接触者健康造成急性或慢性不良影响的物品。医院内的有害物质品种多、分布广、接触人员多,如果不采取规范有效的管理措施,极易产生不良后果。本文阐述某大型综合医院依据国际化医院管理理念,实施对有害物质管理的统一管理,保障患者员工和来访者的安全,持续提升医院管理水平。Hazardous substances are those that can cause acute or chronic adverse effects on the health of those exposed.There are many types of hazardous substances in hospitals,which are widely distributed and come into contact with a large number of people.If standardized and effective management measures are not taken,it is extremely easy to have adverse consequences.This paper elaborates on a large comprehensive hospital implementing unified management of hazardous substances based on international hospital management concepts,ensuring the safety of patients,employees,and visitors,and continuously improving the hospital's management level.
