摘 要:通过对群空区下橄榄形厚矿体开采时安全条件差、顶柱损失大的难题进行分析研究,得出预留25 m安全隔离矿柱和高分段+大直径深孔凿岩高阶段空场嗣后废石充填采矿法开采厚矿体为佳。采用FLAC3D模拟分析高分段+大直径深孔凿岩高阶段空场嗣后废石充填法采场结构参数,以及对上部群空区、隔离矿柱和上中段运输巷稳定性的影响。结果表明:矿房长40 m、高75 m、间柱宽10 m时,在25 m厚安全隔离矿柱“保护”下空区稳定性良好,650 m中段运输巷因靠近矿房稳定性差而需进行变道。通过现场工业试验得出,该采矿方法节省采准工程240m,采准周期短;不留顶柱,多回采顶柱资源量4.8万t;大直径深孔+上向扇形孔同步回采,采场生产能力达到了1400 t/d,生产效率大幅提高,为矿山尽快投产提供了技术支撑。Through the analysis and research on the problems of poor safety conditions and large loss of top pillars in the mining of olive-type thick ore bodies under the group goaf,it was concluded that a high-level open stoping with subsequent waste rock filling mining method with high-section and large-diameter deep-hole drilling which had a security barrier pillar with a thickness of 25 m was better to mine these thick ore bodies.FLAC3D was used to simulate and analyze the structural parameters of highlevel open stoping with subsequent waste rock filling mining method with high-section and large-diameter deep-hole drilling,as well as the stability of the upper group goaf,security barrier pillar and upper and middle transport roadway.The results show that when the room length is 40 m,the height is 75 m,and the pillar width is 10 m,the stability of the goaf is good under the protection of the security barrier pillar with 25 m thickness,and the 650 m middle transport roadway needs to be changed because of the poor stability near the room.Through the field industrial tests,the mining method saved 240 m of the mining preparation engineering and the mining preparation period was short.The ore was recovered by 48000 tons without retaining the top pillar,and the stope production capacity reached 1400 t/d due to synchronous blasting of large-diameter deep-hole and upward fan-shaped hole,the ore recovery rate and production efficiency were greatly improved,which provided a technical support for the mine to be put into production as soon as possible.
