摘 要:某铜镍矿井下矿岩条件较差,早期采用崩落法回采矿石资源。由于崩落法采场暴露时间较长,加上开采扰动影响,开采区域在治理之前出现了顶板垮冒和侧帮垮落情况,致使上部矿岩开采技术条件恶化,造成超百万吨矿石资源在当前情况下无法安全采出。基于此,采用了TRT超前探测与地质钻探相结合的探测方式,得到有底柱崩落法开采影响区域松散边界顶板标高为760 m水平,上盘边界近似垂直,下盘边界按岩层移动角60°推断;无底柱崩落法开采影响区域松散边界顶板标高为755 m水平,上下盘情况与有底柱崩落法开采区域类似。探测结果可为该区域赋存矿石资源的采矿方法选择、采准工程布置和支护设计提供依据,以保障井下安全、高效生产。The underground rock conditions of a copper nickel mine are poor.In the early stage,the collapse method was used to recover ore resources.Due to the long exposure time of the collapse mining site and the influence of mining disturbance,the mining area experienced roof collapse and side slope collapse before treatment,resulting in weakened mining technology conditions for the upper rock and making it impossible to safely extract over a million tons of ore resources under the current situation.On this basis,a detection method combining TRT advanced detection and geological drilling was adopted.The loose boundary roof elevation of the mining area affected by the collapse method with sill pillar was detected to be 760 m level,the upper wall boundary was approximately vertical,and the lower wall boundary was inferred based on a rock movement angle of 60°.The loose boundary roof elevation of the mining area affected by the collapse method without sill pillar was 755 m level,and the situation of the upper and lower walls was similar to that of the mining area affected by the collapse method with sill pillar.The detection results can provide a basis for the selection of mining methods,mining preparation engineering layout,and support methods for the ore resources in the area,so as to ensure safe and efficient underground production.
