摘 要:针对矿山斜井运输系统中提升容器防跑车装置存在的安全性和可靠性问题,设计了一种新型平道闭锁器。首先对现有防跑车装置进行了系统分析,然后详细介绍了新型闭锁器的设计理念、结构以及潜在故障模式。通过构建故障树分析模型,定性及定量地评估了系统失效的潜在原因,并运用最小割集预估了故障的根本原因。同时,概率重要度和关键重要度的计算为故障原因的重要性分析提供了量化指标。试验结果表明,新设计的平道闭锁器显著提高了斜井提升容器的制动安全性和运行稳定性。研究结果可为斜井提升运输系统的安全水平提供有力的技术支持,并为相关安全设备的设计与优化提供参考。Aiming at the safety and reliability problems of the anti-sliding device of the hoisting container in the inclined shaft transportation system of the mine,a new type of flat locker was designed.Firstly,the existing anti-sliding device was systematically analyzed,and then the design concept,structure and potential failure mode of the new locking device were introduced in detail.By constructing a fault tree analysis model,the potential causes of system failure were qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated,and the minimum cut set was used to predict the root cause of the failure.At the same time,the calculation of probability importance and critical importance provided a quantitative index for the importance analysis of fault causes,The test results show that the newly designed flat lock device significantly improves the braking safety and operation stability of the inclined shaft hoisting container.The research results provide strong technical support for improving the safety level of inclined shaft transportation system,and provide reference for the design and optimization of related safety equipment.
