摘  要:以AZ31箔片、Al粉、B_(4)C粉末为原材料制备了B_(4)C增强的Al/Mg层状复合材料(B_(4)C@Mg/Al-MIL),研究了热压温度以及B_(4)C含量等对复合材料组织结构、力学性能的影响并分析其强化机理。结果表明,B_(4)C含量为40%时复合材料性能最佳,抗弯强度为347 MPa,比强度为192 kN·m/kg,冲击韧度为19 J/cm^(2),相对于基体(Mg/Al-MIL)均有较大提升,抗拉强度则达到212 MPa。B_(4)C颗粒通过载荷传递作用,促使脆性相破碎吸能、引导多重隧道裂纹生成,改善了脆性金属间化合物对层状复合材料的负面影响。B_(4)C reinforced Al/Mg layered composites(B_(4)C@Mg/Al-MIL)were fabricated with AZ31 foil,Al powder and B_(4)C powder as raw materials.Effects of hot-pressing temperature and B_(4)C content on microstructure and mechani⁃cal properties of the composites were investigated and strengthening mechanism were described.The results indicate that the optimal performance is achieved with 40%B_(4)C content in the mixed powder,where the bending strength is 347 MPa,specific strength is 192 kN·m/kg,and the impact toughness is 19 J/cm^(2),which are greatly enhanced com⁃pared to the matrix(Mg/Al-MIL),while tensile strength reaches 212 MPa.B_(4)C particles promote the brittle phase to break and absorb energy,and induce the formation of multiple tunnel cracks through load transfer,improving the nega⁃tive impact of brittle intermetallic compounds on laminated composites.
