摘 要:采用喷铸成形工艺制备Al-10Si-xMg合金,研究了Mg含量对铸态与T6态试样微结构、热导率与硬度的影响。结果表明,Mg元素促进铸态合金中α-Al基体球化,抑制枝晶形成,减少共晶Si相偏聚,进而显著提升T6态合金组织中共晶Si相分布的均匀性。共晶Si组织的优化减小电子散射,降低Mg固溶对电子散射的作用,使T6态Mg含量为0.4%(质量分数,下同)合金获得399.2 cm^(2)/(V∙s)的高电子迁移率,热导率为172.4 W/(m∙K),较Al-10Si合金降低约5.5%。同时,由于共晶Si与Mg2Si析出相的强化作用,合金的硬度显著增大,T6态Mg含量为0.4%合金的维氏硬度为1.13 GPa,较Al-10Si提升约126%。研究表明,适量Mg元素能够平衡Al-Si合金的导热与力学性能,从而获得良好的综合性能。Effects of Mg content on microstructure,thermal conductivity and hardness of as-cast and T6 heat-treated Al-10Si-xMg alloys prepared by spray ejection were investigated.The results indicate that Mg inhibits the formation of dendrites and promotes spheroidization forα-Al grains,and reduces the segregation of eutectic Si,distinctly improving homogeneity of eutectic Si phase in T6 heat-treated alloys.The optimization of eutectic Si can reduce electron scatter⁃ing and effect of Mg solution on electron scattering,leading to a high electron mobility of 399.2 cm^(2)/(V∙s)for the T6 alloys with Mg content of 0.4%,and thermal conductivity is 172.4 W/(m∙K),which is decreased by 5.5%compared to that of Al-10Si alloy.Meanwhile,the micro-hardness is significantly enhanced due to strengthening of eutectic Si and Mg2Si phase,and a large Vickers hardness of 1.13 GPa is achieved for T6-treated specimens with Mg content of 0.4%,which is increased by 126%compared to that of Al-10Si alloy.The results reveal that the thermal conduction and mechanical properties of Al-10Si-xMg alloys can be synergistically regulated by tailoring Mg content,resulting in excellent comprehensive performance.
