摘　　要：目的:本研究探讨在线问诊平台下代理求助行为和医生不确定性沟通方式对患方对医态度的影响。方法:采用2(代理求助:代为问诊vs.信息搜寻)×2(不确定性沟通方式:含蓄vs.直白)×2(疾病严重程度:轻症vs.重症)三因素混合实验设计。结果:代理求助和不确定性沟通方式的主效应显著,代为问诊和含蓄的不确定性沟通方式下的患方态度更积极,即对医信任、对医印象、在线问诊满意度和推荐行为倾向更高。代理求助和不确定性沟通方式对患方态度的交互作用显著:信息搜寻时,相比于直白的不确定性沟通方式,含蓄的不确定性沟通方式下患方态度更积极。结论:在线问诊中的医生用含蓄的不确定性沟通方式可使搜寻信息的代理求助者的对医态度更积极,这为改进在线问诊平台中的医患沟通方式提供了启示。Objective:This study examines how surrogate-seeking behavior and communication of diagnostic uncertainty among doctors influence patient attitudes in online consultations.Methods:Employing a mixed experimental design of 2(surrogate-seeking:proxy consultation vs.information search)×2(communication of diagnostic uncertainty:implicit vs.explicit)×2(disease severity:mild vs.severe).Results:The main effects of surrogate-seeking and communication of diagnostic uncertainty were significant.Patients involved in proxy consultation and implicit communication of diagnostic uncertainty exhibited a more positive attitude.This positive attitude included increased trust in the doctor,a favorable impression,heightened satisfaction with online consultations,and a propensity towards recommendation behavior.The interaction effect of surrogate-seeking and communication of diagnostic uncertainty on the patient's attitude was also significant.When information was sought,compared to explicit communication of diagnostic uncertainty,the patient's attitude was more positive under implicit communication of diagnostic uncertainty.Conclusion:The adoption of implicit communication by doctors in online consultations fosters a more positive attitude in surrogate seekers towards the doctor,offering insights into enhancing doctor-patient communication methods in online consultation platforms.
