摘　　要：详细介绍了压力管道的定义及对压力管道定义的理解和工业管道中压力管道的分级。重点介绍了硫酸装置中硫黄、硫酸及生产过程介质毒性对管道分级的影响,以此判断硫黄、硫酸及其生产过程中烟气管道的分级。分析了硫酸及其生产过程管道的不同分级对装置建设的影响,提出对硫酸装置管道分级及建设的建议。建议相关部门结合硫酸行业的实际,对标准或规范提出修订意见或建议,可更进一步探讨硫酸行业管道规范。This article provides a detailed introduction to the definition and understanding of pressure pipelines,as well as the classification of pressure pipelines in industrial pipelines.This article focuses on the impact of sulphur,sulphuric acid,and the toxicity of production process media on pipeline classification in sulphuric acid plants,in order to determine the classification of sulphur,sulphuric acid and flue gas pipelines in their production processes.The impact of different classifications of sulphuric acid and its production process pipelines on device construction are analyzed,suggestions for pipeline classification and construction of sulphuric acid plants are proposed and suggested that relevant departments combine the actual situation of the sulphuric acid industry to propose revision opinions or suggestions for standards or specifications,which can further explore the pipeline specifications of the sulphuric acid industry.
