低温高活性钒催化剂的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：从改善钒催化剂活性组分和助催化剂分散性、优化催化剂孔结构方面着手研究,实验室和生产装置分别制备含铯催化剂C1和C2样品,并采用SEM、XRF、XRD、NH_(3)-TPD和FTIR等手段对催化剂样品进行分析表征,同时测定了样品的催化活性,并与同类型含铯催化剂(V1)对比分析。结果表明,催化剂样品C1和C2相较V1,具有较宽的孔径分布、优良的活性组分分散性,较小的助催化剂晶体尺寸和较低熔融相变温度,具有较高的低温催化活性,并通过对催化剂活化能计算,C1和C2具有较低的反应活化能。This article introduces the improvement of the active components and co catalyst dispersion of vanadium catalysts,as well as the optimization of catalyst pore structure.Laboratory and pilot production devices respectively trial produced cesium containing vanadium catalysts(C1 and C2),and analyzed and characterized the catalyst samples using SEM,XRF,XRD,NH_(3)-TPD and FTIR methods.At the same time,the catalytic activity of the samples was measured and compared with the same type of cesium containing catalyst(V1).The results indicate that catalyst samples C1 and C2 have a wider pore size distribution,better dispersion of active components,smaller co catalyst crystal size,and lower melting phase transition temperature compared to V1.They exhibit higher low-temperature catalytic activity,and according to the calculation of catalyst activation energy,C1 and C2 have lower reaction activation energy.
